On the 4th November 2000,The Swadhinata Trust hosted their launch party at the 93 Feet East Club, in Brick Lane.
The party was a great success and a cultural highlights included the Bengali Folk group Ektara Mystic Band, DJ,s OsmaniSound and Joi and Gravity.
Poems written by young people at a poetry workshop were performed by the poets accompanied by music, which they also produced. You can read some of the poems via the link on the left menu panel.
